  • Account Information: When you register via Apple or Google, we collect your email address, user ID, and authentication tokens.
  • Social Media Credentials: To enable analysis and auto-posting, you authorize us to access your accounts on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. We store secure access tokens (OAuth) to perform actions on your behalf (such as retrieving posts or uploading videos).
  • Content for AI Analysis: When you request an analysis or script generation, we collect and process the content of your videos (including transcripts obtained via third-party tools), your captions, hooks, and profile metadata.

2.2. Automatically Collected Information

  • Device Data: We collect information about your device, including model, operating system version, IP address, unique device identifiers, and crash data.
  • Usage Data: We track how you interact with the Application (features used, screens viewed, buttons clicked) to improve the user experience.

2.3. Information from Third Parties (APIs & Attribution)

  • YouTube API Services: By connecting your YouTube account, you agree that we access certain data via the YouTube API Services. This data collection is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy (Google Privacy Policy).
  • Marketing Attribution: If you have granted permission (via the ATT prompt on iOS), we may collect advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) via AppsFlyer to measure the performance of our marketing campaigns.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following specific purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To connect your accounts, analyze your profiles, and execute the automated downloading and reposting of content across platforms.
  • AI Analysis & Generation: To feed data (transcripts, metrics) into Artificial Intelligence models to generate SWOT analyses, scripts, content ideas, and hashtags customized for you.
  • App Improvement: To analyze user behavior and fix technical issues (crashes).
  • Communication: To send you push notifications regarding your analysis status or app updates via OneSignal.

4. Artificial Intelligence

This section is specific to the "Blow Up AI" features.

To provide features like "Script Generation," "Profile Analysis," and "Idea Generation," we transmit specific user input data to third-party AI providers.

  • Third-Party AI Processors: We utilize services such as Anthropic (Claude) and Google (Gemini).
  • Data Transmitted: Only the necessary text data (e.g., video transcripts, profile bio, past post performance text) is sent to these providers to generate the result.

5. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Application:

5.1. Technical Infrastructure & Hosting

  • Database & Hosting: We use Google Firebase (Firestore) and Cloud Functions to store your user data and run the Application backend securely.
  • Crash Reporting: We use Google Crashlytics to monitor app stability and identify bugs.
  • Push Notifications: We use OneSignal to send you alerts. This requires sharing your device ID and push token with OneSignal.

5.2. Analytics and Marketing

  • Product Analytics: We use Amplitude to analyze detailed user behavior. We associate these events with your unique User ID to understand your journey within the app.
  • Attribution: We use AppsFlyer to attribute installs to specific marketing campaigns and ads.

5.3. Legal & Business Transfers

  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process in the United States or your country of residence.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets of Mountains Studio LLC, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

6. International Data Transfers

Mountains Studio LLC is based in the United States.

If you are accessing the Application from the European Union (EU) or other regions with laws governing data collection and use, please note that your personal data is transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. We rely on derogations for specific situations as set forth in Article 49 of the GDPR (performance of a contract) to provide the services you requested.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Account Data: Retained in Firebase as long as your account is active.
  • Video Files: Video files downloaded specifically for the purpose of reposting are stored on our servers for a maximum of 30 days. They are automatically deleted after this period.
  • AI History: Generated scripts and analyses are stored to allow you to view your history until you delete them or delete your account.

8. Security

We take reasonable administrative, physical, and electronic measures (including encryption and secure OAuth token management) designed to protect the information that we collect from or about you from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmitting information over the Internet is completely secure.

9. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Rectification: Correct inaccurate data.
  • Deletion: Request the deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Revocation of Access: You can revoke the Application's access to your social media accounts at any time via the security settings of the respective platforms (e.g., Google Security Settings for YouTube).

How to Delete Your Account:

To request the full deletion of your account and associated data, please contact us by email at contact@blowup-app.com. We will process your request and delete your data from our active databases.

10. Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended for individuals under the age of 13 (or the relevant age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we become aware that we have collected such data without parental consent, we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy will indicate the latest revision. Your continued use of the Application after any changes implies your acceptance of the new Policy.
